This is guaranteed thanks to our long-term cooperation with professional carrier companies, who deliver packages and pallets to recipients, not just in Europe (i.e. Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Italy, France, Great Britain and Spain), but also from North America (Canada, USA), South America (Brazil) and Asia (China). We organise deliveries of small packages (up to 30kg), packages on pallets and full truck loads (FTL). We support our customers during customs clearance and prepare the documentation required for shipping outside the European Union.
When sending goods, we use the services of Polish shipping companies, whose prices are competitive with other European rates. Packages are delivered by GLS, and pallets by Raben, SUUS, DPD, etc. Each package is insured for up to the value of the invoice, against accidents, theft and other random events. Packages and pallets are professionally packed, which protects them against damages and ensures transport security. Customers receive photographs and information regarding size and weight of packages. Thanks to this, they are able, already upon receipt, to confirm whether the package has been delivered in the same condition as it was sent. In case of any doubts, you may prepare a protocol with the transport company, which is for us - in the event of possible absence or damages of goods - the basis for claiming compensation. The customer immediately receives a cancellation invoice, which is processed during the next order, or money is paid back immediately.
